CHRIS KOEHN
Lead Pastor
I’m honored to serve as the pastor of our church, where I’m passionate about teaching God’s Word and shepherding His people. My wife, Carly, and I are blessed with four children, and I also serve as a chaplain in the Arizona Army National Guard.
As I’ve seen God work powerfully in my own life, I trust God can do the same in yours as well. We’re here to help you take your next steps of faith and to provide a spiritual community to support you through life! If you choose to visit, I would be delighted to meet you and welcome you to our church.
JEREMY FOPMA
Associate Pastor
I’m excited to serve as associate pastor at Desert Foothills Baptist Church, where I seek to equip students to grow in their faith. I love engaging on one-on-one discipleship and building strong community for God’s glory. My wife, Maddy, and I love running walking, hiking, and biking. We enjoy exploring the beauty of Southern Arizona.
Over the years, I’ve been blessed through mentorship from godly leaders and by being part of church communities that have strengthened my walk with God. I believe God’s Word is our perfect guide, and in turn my desire is to use God’s Word to guide our students in their spiritual growth so that we might all see tangible, daily transformation through Christ.
